Winter Song

Nestled on Branches
High in a tree
Little visitors sit
As still as can be.
The winter air hushes
the song birds' song
Too cold for melodies
But not for long.
Soon Winter will leave
From Spring's front door
And beautiful music
Will be heard once more.

That is a beautiful poem and your pictures are so appropriate. I, too, am waiting for Spring, but at least I have a warm house to live in. It always amazes me how little creatures are able to stand the freezing cold. God takes care of the smallest of us all!
