Sunrise in the City!

The sun rises much earlier in NYC than it does in Tennessee. I was very surprised that I was awake way before 6 am and that the sun was already peeking up over the buildings. I know it is because NYC is further east than Knoxville, but I was still surprised, just as I was always surprised, when we lived in Oregon, that the sun didn't set until after 10pm in the summer. Sun flares are just everywhere where the sun bounces off of each of the buildings. It was quite an amazing sight each morning we were there!
