Hello Mud Pit, You are NOT my Friend!

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Mud Pit,

It has come to our attention that you are intending to extend your stay at the Avery House another 4 to 6 weeks. We want you to know that your presence is not welcome and that you are to vacate the premises immediately. We realize that during the process of the renovation and addition to the Avery House, your accommodation of the premises of afore said property was inevitable. Although we have thought the mere sight of you despicable, we have patiently endured and lived with you for the time period that was allotted for the renovation process to occur. It has become apparent in recent days, however, that you intend to violate the terms of the initial contract for which we agreed that you could occupy the Avery House premises and will continue to show your ugly faces past your vacating date. You are hereby being notified that you are NOT WELCOME in the Avery House. Furthermore, you will be hearing from our lawyers if you do not comply with said terms of the original contract.
Sincerely,

The Avery House

New addition. Looks a bit BIG, but just wait.

Dear Amy and Howie - Your new house looks fantastic! I am quiet amazed, since the last time I was up there and saw it, only the foundation had been laid. The shingles and stones look beautiful. I can't wait to see it all in person. I know y'all have lived through a lot, but it will all be worth it when it is finished. Once they get all the landscaping in, it will really be fantastic!!! I hope to see y'all soon. Love ... Mom

Hi Amy! Your house looks great and Mr and Mrs Mud don't look all that bad...remember that they don't have much time to hang around so be patient with them. After all I can't blame them...they probably really enjoy seeing the girls and just want to get inside so that can see how beautifully you are decorating the house! They will soon be gone from your life forever and will be replaced by Mr and Mrs Green Grass. We can't wait to see it all finished. Like your Mom said, "It will really be fantastic"! We love you all!

Thanks everyone! We are super excited that our "little" project is almost done and can not wait for visitors when Mr.and Mrs. Green Grass do reside at the Avery House. It has been a long process, but worth it for the wonderful home that is The Avery House!

Amy! your new house looks amazing and it's huge!!! What a wonderful job at decorating :)I wish we could sell our house here in GA and move into something bigger but nothing really sells in our neighborhood so we are forced to wait until the housing market gets better :) Anyways, i am pregnant with a baby girl (due early next year) and would love for you to engrave her name on a blanket, just as you did for my son Noah :) I will get the blanket and send it to Sarah Harper so she can give it to you :) I hope it won't be a problem. You did a fantastic job on Noah's and he carries it everywhere with him. I love it! Greetings from GA!
