Disney Vacation 2010, Day 2
We have had a wonderful day on our 2nd day here at Disney. Our hotel has a wonderful character breakfast where we met Goofy, Chip and Dale, and visited again with our pal Pluto. We traveled over to Epcot for a day of "Soarin'", "Fast Track," "Finding Nemo," "Turtle Talk With Crush," and much, much more! All that activity and a sudden heat wave left us famished and tired as we ventured through the strip of countries where we decided to eat at an American dive by default (The kids just couldn't go any further.) We did dine on French crepes and ice cream before calling it a day and heading back to the hotel. After a much needed nap, the adults hope to check the kids into Camp Dolphin and then head out for a night w/o kids. Just a few pics today of our wonderful breakfast this morning.

The internet is soooo wonderful! To see your pictures and hear your comments so quickly is really, when you think about it, so amazing. It's the next best thing to being right there. Thankyou for sharing all of this with all of us. Your comment about settling for an American resturant made me think about the first time Richard and I went to Europe. Our first foreign meal was at McDonalds. Funny how it's hard to break old habits, but we knew we could get a good meal there. I hope you won't have anymore too hot days. It sounds like they have really added a lot of new stuff since I was there. Hope your 3rd day will be just as exciting as the last two. Love you, Mom
Hi Amy, Howie, Emma-Caroline and Sophie. The trip looks awesome!!! I love all the pictures. Wish I were there with you all to share in the fun. I always loved going to Disney World when our children were younger. I like going even as an adult. Have fun and keep us posted on all the fun, it is the next best thing to being there with you all.
